CORIANDER CHUTTNEY

Ingredients:
  1. Coriander leaves-1no
  2. Onion-1/2cup
  3. Tomato-1/2
  4. Shred Coconut-1/3cup
  5. Dalia Split/Pottukadalai-1tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds-1/4tsp
  7. Pepper Corns-1/4tsp
  8. Red-chili-4
  9. Ginger-few
  10. Garlic-1cloves
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. Oil-for frying
  13. Tamarind-few


Method:
  • Cut the coriander leaves edge stem and remove it.
  • Cut coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Take a pan,add 1tsp of oil,all ingredients and fry well (without,coconut,dalia split and tamarind).
  • Coriander comes in a round shape.
  • Take a blender add shred coconut,dalia split,tamarind,salt and fried coriander leaves.Blend in a corse or fine paste.
  • Hot and serve with "Idli,Dosa,Sandwich,Boiled Rice"
